When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, order number, message, and photographs related to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Your shopping bag and recent checkout reference are stored in your browser so your bag can persist and duplicate checkout attempts can be avoided.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by Square. Blingy Bling N Things does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Square provides us with order, payment-status, and transaction information needed to confirm payment, fulfill your order, prevent duplicate processing, and provide customer support. Square's own privacy practices apply when you use its secure payment service.

Cookies and Browser Storage
The website uses browser storage for essential shopping-bag and checkout functions. At launch, the site will not use an active newsletter signup, email-marketing service, advertising pixel, or analytics script. Links to outside services, such as Instagram and Square, are governed by those services' privacy practices after you leave this site.
Retention and Security
We keep order, payment-status, and shipping records only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, accounting, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. Customer-service messages and claim photographs are deleted when they are no longer needed for support, a claim, a dispute, or a legal obligation. We do not promise a fixed retention period because different records may be subject to different requirements.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information associated with you. Some information may need to be retained to complete an order, keep required business records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or comply with law.
You can clear the shopping-bag information stored in your browser by clearing this site's browser storage. The current staged website does not use cross-site advertising trackers and therefore does not currently act on browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.
Children's Privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Policy Changes
When this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
